Field & Stream - I found this hotel to be a fun surprise. Its a great "Dad" Hotel. It wouldnt be out of place to see Chevy Chase walking around on a Family Vacation, and I mean that with the highest praise! It looks to be recently renovated, however, its not cookie cutter. Starting with the lobby - a bear, a moose and a couple of whitetail staring down on you from above big fireplace. Very welcoming hotel. The bed - comfortable, the shower, hot. (*a nice improvement would be a couple of different pillow types on the bed, as mine were a bit poofy) The Gym - has everything you need. (note, the water cooler is just down the hall in the lobby). The Pool - awesome - great indoor pool with surroundings that make you want to hang out poolside. The Courtyard - this was a pleasant surprise! an outdoor hot tub, gas firepits, all kinds of creative outdoor lighting, backyard games. also, just a great place to hang out. The restaurant - great montana vibe, with friendly staff. there is a "honey hole" - pool table, tvs for watching the game, and what looks to be a collection of keno/poker machines if thats your thing. I travel to Bozeman a few times a year to visit the kids in college. I'll be staying here again, and will book an extra day to relax poolside next time!

I was beyond impressed with the new One&Only Moonlight Basin. For a fresh opening, the execution is absolutely remarkable, the property is stunning, thoughtfully designed, and truly something special. A huge thank you to the entire team, especially our host Ivan, who went above and beyond in every possible way. The level of service here is extraordinary. As someone who travels constantly and stays in luxury destinations around the world, I can confidently say that service like this is rare to find in the USA. In my eyes, this resort surpasses every other luxury ski property I’ve experienced in the country. The food was incredible, the atmosphere exceptional, and the attention to detail unmatched. I will definitely be back and look forward to recommending this incredible property to many others.
