My room was disgusting. Dirty, smelt of fish to the point I was sick. Phoned reception, housekeeping was sent,said this is normal for old room. I totally disagreed with her. I was moved to another room, then moved again as they double booked it. So booked in ,paid for breackfast. Next morning they couldn't find payment. Terrible. Room wasn't supplied with tea or coffee, told by manager, this is normal, as cant enter bedroom as my belongings where in there. 5 sheets of toilet roll.... i can go on......i would go else where,till they know whats going on...
