« The room was clean and the staff was polite. The pool was not functioning and staff said they were in the process of removing the pool from the listing's description. The TV also did not work. We were moved to a room with a functioning TV. We chose the Radisson, paying more than other options, because it had a pool. We knew we would have down time during our visit and we decided it was worth it to pay extra for the pool. Our visit was in July, during the summer heat. I think this was deceptive. »
