After a bad experience at another hotel, we booked rooms here. Immediately the front desk folks were absolutely AMAZING. SO kind and helpful. They got us checked in very quickly. They didn't even blink an eye about the dog with us. Our room was fantastic. The bathroom was a little small-cant close the door without stepping beside the toilet. The toile was very slow to flush- hold the handle down for a good 5-10 seconds. The whole place was very clean. I did notice cleaning staff came in the room while we were gone which im not used to, so definitely put that do not disturb sign on the door. We only had 2 hiccups during our stay and staff was VERY quick to fix these for us! The pool is great as well. Very clean. Good free breakfast too. Would definitely stay here again if we come back to town!

The Galt Hotel was a lovely place to stay during our trip for a family event. I traveled with my child, and overall we had a great experience. Upon arrival, the valet area was a bit confusing. The staff seemed to wait for us rather than approaching the vehicle to assist with check-in, but perhaps that’s just how things are done there. I ended up self-parking, and the garage was definitely… interesting and very historical in design. Check-in was smooth enough, although the staff was training someone at the time and didn’t seem especially engaging. We stayed on the West side of the hotel, which was quite a trek with a small child. I’m not sure whether requesting the East side would have been an option, but it may have made things a little easier. One highlight of our stay was dining at Swizzle Dinner & Drinks on the 25th floor. The food and atmosphere were amazing, and the service was stellar highly recommend! We also visited the hotel spa on the 17th floor, and the team there was incredibly talented and welcoming. The hotel’s location was perfect and made getting around very convenient. Overall, despite a few very minor inconveniences, we enjoyed our stay and would consider visiting again.

Would have liked or enjoyed better seating area if your party wanted to eat and chill outside of the room not in the bar Like ours we ordered Chinese and had only that uncomfortable large space in the lobby to enjoy our meal and each others company after a long day except we had to share it with loud others and two different people wanting to sit with us and talk exceptionally loud on the speaker phone Ugh really ! But that’s all was available
