"If 10 stars were an option I’d leave it! Communication was amazing as we were visiting during a tropical storm, and they provided us with everything we needed last minute! Bed was comfy, charm of the decor was fun, and the bathtub was cozy! Will definitely be back if we come to the area! Cannot say enough good things!"

My two teenaged sons and I had a perfect stay at this little motel. The room was clean and the views were gorgeous. The staff was helpful with great suggestions for activities and supplied boogie boards which we all loved. Great location within steps of restaurants, shopping and delicious ice cream. We will
Definitely stay here again!

The best hotel I’ve ever stayed at! The staff were the kindest people. Everyone went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and ensure we had an amazing stay, and the hotel was beautiful. We will be coming back!

This place is a hidden gem, and has a lot of great reviews which is why I chose this hotel and I have not been disappointed. Nice clean room, love the Spanish floor tiles, a good sized kitchenette with everything you could want and walking distance to the beach. There is also a nice open air restaurant next to the hotel

Really enjoyed our stay at Del Mar. Hotel was well located and had nice amenities and is right on the beach. If I had one complaint it was the noise in the morning. Cleaning staff and workers are quite loud. Unfortunately the coffee/water machines were not working when we were there. I would stay again.

We found a super last minute deal on expedia for this high end hotel. They allowed our dog to stay for $150 for 11 nights and so this was great! Staff was friendly and the room was clean and cozy. Great location that is close to jogging trails, beaches, nice little town of Encinatas and the beaches. Definitely would recommend this to others and stay again if the price was right! I would take note on the valet parking as this is an added fee of $35 a night! You can park down the hill and walk up...

The location could be better but the breakfast was great and so was the grounds
Nice pool; nice rooms; gym could have been bigger
