The property was welcoming to pets. They aren't set up for anyone requiring a shower seat. The room was a good size but the bed wasn't very comfortable. One of the rooms needed to be swapped because the toilet wouldn't flush. The staff were really helpful and friendly.

Hotel was excellently placed for the station. Very quiet, friendly & extremely helpful staff in all areas. Food & drink amazing. Great stay.

Great check in experience. Got there before 1pm and my room was ready. The staff ran through all I needed to know about the hotel and virtually took me to my room. The room was clean and comfortable, which had a small kitchenette. Nice to have a Nespresso machine, great touch. I had a great nights sleep in a lovely bed, what more could you want. The shower was easy to use even for me! You push a button and works! Brilliant. The building itself is stunning, especially the restaurant/bar which has lots of history. All the staff there are so helpful and kind, I’ll be coming back that’s for sure. I highly recommend this hotel.

Awesome place in a great location. The rooms were spacious and clean and the gym was much better than I was expecting. The on site restaurant was very good and efficient and the underground parking garage was a simple process. If I ever go back to Cambridge, I will definitely stay here again.
