"The property is clean and located mere steps from the Palisades Tahoe village and the Tram building (and also close to the bottom of the WaSheShu lift I think). Convenient parking for one vehicle per room in the adjacent garage. Staff was friendly and helpful, though maybe a little slow on checking people in that night. Some parts of the property were undergoing renovation during my stay, so I gave the Property Condition only 4 out of five stars."

"Fantastic location for winter sports enthusiasts. At 58 years old, location to chairlift/gondolas is a game changer. Also, access to the recreation center for Hot Tubbing and swimming helped these old knees out! Simple, Practical Tranquil and Accommodating best describe the Condo. Plus, the Host was accessible and helpful with our questions. Highly recommend it."

"This is our 4th time staying here and it’s always a good experience for the most part. I wish the resort had room service for lunch and dinner. They close the slide a lot which sucks especially when you pay $100/day for resort fees. I personally feel like it’s a rip off."
