"Convenient location in a part of the city without many hotels. Close to multiple subway lines. Some might not like the immediate surroundings. No “park view” from my park view room, but interesting view of the city. Poor communication at check-in. I’d stay there again."

"I enjoyed my stay and would recommend. I thought parking was great with security cameras overlooking the vehicles. Housekeeping was friendly and asked me if everything was okay with the room. I thought they really cared and wanted to provide an excellent experience."

"The property was updated and very clean. I found the beds to be comfortable and linens to be nice. We were fortunate to have an interior facing room so it was also very quiet. The continental breakfast was limited as expected but still good options for my kids. The staff was helpful and knowledgeable. They have a small parking area behind the building that is very convenient. It is a small parking area but if you are lucky enough to get a space like we did then it's perfect. I would recommend not using the subway stations nearby but Ubers are always available."
