« Wonderful layout and cozy setting. Knotty pine throughout. Only 6 minutes to Bemis Point. Patty and Marissa were the best hosts weve ever had and we have been to 7 continents. Always offering helpful tips during our stay. Nice gift basket full of treats and a hand written welcome note. »

« 3rd Time staying here… we didn't think it could get any better but it did.. clean, beds comfortable, nice kitchen and bathroom.. very comfortable for 2 couples and plenty of room for visitors on the covered porch and stamped concrete patio-fire pit.. The views of the lake and the mountains from this place are beautiful. Walk down to marina in 2 minutes. Communication and check-in always friendly and easy. We will be back again for-sure. »

« This is our second year in a row staying here and we love it! We brought different friends with us this year and they also loved it. It’s just perfect. It’s quiet, it the woods, not super far from Warren, has everything you need (pans, dishcloths, towels, bedding.. it’s nice and homey and the outside is just as fantastic! Lots of chairs around the fire pit, access to wood, outdoor lights, yard to play.. I could go on and on! We’ll be back next year! »

« We had a great time staying here for my wife’s birthday. Tons of space: huge main room with 3 fold down futons, one bedroom with a bed and a second bedroom with an additional 2 beds. Wrap around porch with picnic table is nice. Really nice covered outdoor fire area with a grill and a ton of fire wood. Barn has tons of space. »

« The property was gorgeous. Little House on the prairie feel with modern accoutrements. Close to SUNY Fredonia (20 minutes). Beds were very comfortable. Screened in porch and working wood fireplace in the living room. Fire pit outside as well as grill. I wish I found this before my son graduated, but we loved our time here on graduation weekend. »

« A problem with the hot water heater was discovered upon our arrival Friday afternoon and reported to the property manager. He immediately addressed the issue and had a crew repair the hot water tank within several hours on Friday evening. Great timely response - having no hot water would have ruined our weekend trip! Online listing says no bed linens/ towels or Wifi provided - we were pleasantly surprised to find all of these were provided!Our family had a great time staying at this cabin....
