« Breakfast was wholesome and delicious with many offerings. The oatmeal was particularly good. Shout out to the breakfast area attendant, Katrina, who was very gracious and welcoming!
The parking area was convenient, safe and well lit. The room was clean and comfortable. »

« I was in the lobby at about 1a sat night/sun morning with a fully paid expedia reservation; no one was at front desk, there was a # to call, Kelly; spoke to her , was very rude said she was not on the property and can’t help me, said expedia is terrible and they “overbooked”; I said that is generally a good problem? she took offense and threatened to call the police to remove me from the premises and hung up. Ouch!! Not a good look, this new to be reported to higher levels. Happy to discuss...

« This is a beautiful property. The rooms are spacious with a gorgeous view of the lake. They have coffee stations on every floor which is very convenient. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. »
