"This cabin was just what we wanted! Close to Jamestown and Bemus Point for sightseeing. Short drive to Long Point State Park, where we went fishing. The cabin was so peaceful and clean. The deck was awesome to sit and have coffee in the morning and glass of wine in evening , with an automated awning. We went in October and there are trees all around, The foliage was beautiful. "Our entire family stayed together at Tree's House and we had such a great experience! The house is so interesting, with its early 20th century architecture, and it's so comfortable, with its modern upgrades. We had plenty of room for all of us and the house felt so homey. Perfect for family meals, game nights, and roasting s'mores. Communication with David was easy and he had the house stocked with everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. I can't recommend Tree's House enough!"

"This property had plenty of room for our family. Although the main portion of the house is not air conditioned, the bedrooms all had room air conditioners. We really enjoyed being right on the lake. The property between the house and the lake isn't big, but it's very nicely shaded and we spent a lot of time out there. The kids loved the fishing. The cleanliness of the property was an issue. Carpets had crumbs and were dirty. Bathroom wasn't cleaned well. The house clearly had not been dusted...
