"I’m not sure how this hotel has scored so high on hotels.com. It is a typical Motel 6/Super 8 quality with just basic amenities. It’s not bad, but certainly not 8/10 stars. POSITIVES - clean bed, sheets - clean towels - Inside fixtures are recently remodeled - quick walk to the ocean and harbor. - parking is plentiful & clean - Cleaning staff was very nice. NEGATIVES - included breakfast (continental) is a joke - flooring is in very poor shape & creeky - very small and low toilets - nearly every window shade has a hole in it. - Decent amount of roadway noise Again, the spot is fine, but has some solid areas needing improvement. For a low price, it does the job. "
