Excellent room with comfortable and cozy beds. Amazing and variety of breakfast spread as well. Pleasant stay overall and would definitely like to return if passing through Dubois again.

Great facility, good amenities, friendly staff. Localization not so good (close to construction depots or warehouses)

A charming old home - comfortable room. There is no elevator so the second and 3rd floors are not accessible for some. Although the rooms do not have fridges, we were most welcome to store meds and perishables in the kitchen fridge. Host Richard and his mum are most welcoming and kind.

Great breakfast!

A very nice hotel to stay. Very clean. Our room for four adults was quite big with lots of extra space and a very clean and nice washroom. We enjoyed our stay.

The noise from the roadside and people next door to our room made sleep a challenge. We didn’t have hot water right away but the Property manager was fast and attentive to resolve for us. A nice spot for an over night stay. A pharmacy and Familu Dollar store walking distance so that was helpful.

The room was clean, the bed comfy and the shower was nice. All the important things you care about after a long day of riding a motorcycle in beautiful Pennsylvania. What makes the Royal Inn so great is the restaurant and lounge open Tuesday to Saturday. Rich and Nicole are amazing servers and the food is excellent. Have been 3 times this summer to the Royal Inn- there will be more visits from Canada

Lovely place with welcoming warm staff, stayed for over night

After a long drive, having this amazing pool was perfect.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at a wonderful hotel, and I must highlight the exceptional host who made our stay truly memorable. The hotel itself was exquisite, offering comfortable accommodations and stunning amenities. However, what stood out the most was the host's warm and attentive service. They greeted us with a genuine smile, ensured our needs were met, and shared valuable local insights, making our visit truly special. The host's personal touch and dedication to guest...

I stayed there for the second time on my way to Washington DC. Liked it again.

Very clean, updated rooms.

Beautiful historic property that has just the right modern conveniences. What a wonderful spot to spend a romantic night. We will be back. Thank you.

Very clean hotel with a great breakfast!
