"The property was convenient, it was clean, and the amenities were acceptable. Unfortunately, the day staff was less than welcoming. I came to the front desk to check out and felt as though I was bothering the individual on the front desk."

"The staff was extremely nice and helpful. Theresa was the best she was so nice as were the other girls. The only complaint is that we had planned on using the pool that's why we picked this hotel and the heater went on the pool so that was disappointing. Everywhere we went everyone was so nice and smiling. What a very nice city."

"I had a reservation and when I made it I cancelled and I rebooked it .. when i arrived slightly before midnight they said they only saw my cancelled reservation even though I had a confirmed confirmation number and charged my card with my new reservation . I called Expedia and they did call the hotel and spoke to holiday inn in Clearfield pa and they said they were sorry they overbooked rooms . That left me in limbo past midnight looking for a place to stay . Holiday inn receptionist lied but took my money . How could it be cancelled if I had a confirmation number sand they charged my card and they did refund my card . All I can say is they lied to my face even with a confirmed reservation and paid for ! Beware ! "
