Our stay was great. Clean room, great staff, wonderful breakfast. Only minor problem was the heat/air system was a little noisy. But not objectionable. We will stay there next time we return to the area.

Staff is great, but the hotel is a bit older. The room was cramped and uncomfortable. Breakfast was good and the location is good if you are exploring Elk Country.

It was an overall pleasant stay. Check-in was easy. Only one elevator though and it was on the small side. Room was clean and fresh. And the breakfast buffet was exceptionally nice. Friendly and helpful staff, I recommend this hotel and will definitely stay again when in the area.

The room was very clean and the breakfast was very good. However, I wanted to look out the window to check the weather and the glass was distorted from the gas between the window panes.

We had a nice stay. The breakfast was better than any breakfast we have had at like hotels. Our room was right next to the lobby and elevator. I asked for a change because I was concerned about noise. That statement was met with "it really should be fine." It wasn't one. We heard everyone who came to check in up until 11:30 pm. The most disappointing thing was that a we heard a few people walk in with no reservation and end up with better rooms. This is frustrating when you place a reservation weeks in advance and get placed in the worst room.

Nice clean room. Quality bedding. I used the stairwell and the fire doors do not close unless pushed to closed. I would do this each time , but many guests did not. This should be a relatively easy fix. Pool was nice. The workout room was clean, but the treadmill definitely needs a tune up. All the staff were super friendly.
