The best hotel we've ever stayed at! Pet-friendly, family-friendly, clean rooms, plenty of parking, friendly staff, excellent breakfasts, and very nice afternoon snacks that welcome guests as they arrive.

The facility was always clean, and accessible all the time! Staff was friendly and courteous, absolutely loved the stay! Will return again!

All is very good

Nice clean property. Only 1 elevator is a dowside

Great place, spotless and quiet. Room was fantastic.

Great staff

Great stay!

Beautiful, clean, modern hotel with friendly staff. Will come back again!

I stayed at this hotel for six days and had a pleasant experience overall. The hotel was nice, and its location was very convenient. It was close to downtown, with easy access to stores, restaurants, and the coast, making it simple to get around and explore the area. The staff at the front desk were always friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay, which I greatly appreciated. The room was clean; my only observation was that the bed could use an update, as it wasn't as comfortable...

Beautifully situated with views of water from every angle. Great value & customer service. Breakfast was wonderful too!

Wonderful stay! The hotel was very clean, the staff was friendly and welcoming, and the location was excellent. It was conveniently situated with an easy drive to Tampa and many nearby attractions. A great place to stay, and I would definitely recommend it.

This is our second year staying in this hotel. The bed was just like ours at home, the breakfast was great and the location next to the trail is icing on the cake. A very favorable week spent in Dunedin. Thank you!

Staff were wonderful clean and great location

The staff at the hotel are top notch. We had particularly helpful conversations with wait staff and the front desk. They hire well! The hotel is also a 10 minute walk to great restaurants downtown and five minutes to the baseball stadium.
