"There was no one for over 5 minutes at the front desk on arrival. The place was filthy. The bed looked like it was slept in. No refrigerator or microwave in room. Did not feel safe. I would not have stayed but it was late and I’d been driving all day with a brand new puppy. I needed some sleep."

"Fire department showed up to try to bust down the door for an intoxicated woman. Hotel staff was nowhere to be found and people kept the hall noisy late night after the firefighters left"

"Clean property. However, toilet seat is so small - looks like kids version - pls change it. The cistern refill is so loud as if a jet takes off pls fix these in otherwise a good n newly furnished rooms"

"We stayed 2 nights in room 128. It's the bottom floor, very close to the parking lot. Easy to get in and out. The window in the room didn't lock and had no screen on it. Seemed like a safe neighborhood. But it needs to be fixed. The room wasn't the cleanest but iv seen worse. Not too many channels on the TV. Half of them wouldn't come in. And the paper channel guide doesn't match the channels. Lots of restaurants around it. The mall is close. Hillbilly hotdogs its a dive but you have check it out. No bugs and no bed bugs. We didn't eat the breakfast so I'm not sure about that. There's a Cracker Barrel across the street, good as always. Safe travels"

"My room was clean and the sheets smelled clean and my bed was very comfortable. There was a coffee machine in the room along with a microwave and frig- coffee supplies were in room. There was breakfast offered in area near check in but I decided to go shopping in nearby stores instead. Had a really nice time shopping at nearby stores. I chose this location because of ratings and price and the proximity to Charleston casinos. Prices were better than onsite hotels and there were more amenities (Wendys, McDonalds, Ollies, Kroger, Variety Stores, etc). Definately recommend for savings and comfort and easy access. I was traveling by myself and I felt comfortable at this location. Best thing was the staff and two rescue cats they care for."
