Greeted by a pleasant stain member. Flat was clean. Secure parking is a plus. Things could be improved if they had the following, welcome pack giving WiFi details etc, better equipped kitchen I.e tea towel, bin and more crockery, bathroom could do with bath mat and bedroom could do with bedside cabinet with bedside lamp

I don’t usually post negative comments but feel on this occasion it’s require based on the room rate. Our room including bathroom was slightly tired and is in need of a refreshment and lacked your normal toiletries for this level of hotel. The mini fridge compressors was very loud and as such led to both nights of poor sleep, not ideal when you book a weekend away to recover. However, the main building was very beautiful and had a nice lounge to relax in the evening.

I submitted a complaint on Thursday regarding my stay on Wedn 13th May, no reply as yet. Stayed 3 times so far & had to be moved 3 times. 1st time wind blowing through the old window's. 2nd time no privacy curtain in bathroom, there was a rail for 1. Wedn took the biscuit though. Won't go into it ...
