This would be a 9 or even 10 out of 10 if it had air conditioning because it does get very hot and you simply cannot be in the room during the day with the portable fan the room has. We went in the summer so this will be a non-issue in the winter. A kitchenette would also be nice to have. "Amazing stay. Loved being water front! Everyone goes and sets up their chairs and umbrellas as soon as they arrive and leaves them overnight, so keep that in mind and set up your gear when you get there "
