"Overall the stay was excellent. The housekeeping staff is the only place for improvement. It took several requests for service to happen and that never cleaned the sand out of the carpet, and the people were not very personable or attentive to detail. The 1st floor housekeeper was excellent and attentive. The pool facilities and staff were excellent. "

"This is the cleanest, friendliest, and well taken care of hotel. You do not even have to leave the hotel for anything. There is also a souvenir shop next door. The food was amazing at their restaurant. You are shuttled to and from the beach. They are there right on time! I had the best time there. I will return again. "

"The boss (didn’t get his name) was so kind! He didn’t speak a lot of English but helped us more than he could have imagined when we lost our keys down the crack between the elevator. The maintenance guy did speak English and the boss man was more help than he was. He was a blessing! Everyone was friendly & very thoughtful! Will def stay again if I ever need too! (We stayed during July 4th weekend)"

"Gulf Coast Inn has a fresh coat of paint. The rooms have been remodled and the decor is light and coastal. Comfy beds and clean bathrooms. The pool is well taken care of and grounds are clean and free of cigarette waste. The maintenance guru Jerry is kind and puts a lot of Joy in his work. 20 minute easy access to Pensacola Beach. Waffle House is next door - so walking to breakfast was our go to. Our family will book again with other families! "
