« The rooms were not clean as well as common areas. They do not clean the rooms but every 2 days not counting the day you check in and when they cleaned our room they didn’t do a good job. I had to go down to the front desk to get more towels and wash clothes also a new bottle of shampoo because ours was empty. « The biggest item (which is small) is that the in room coffee system gives a cup of weak coffee. I have had much worse at other hotels, but I REALLY would like a decent cup of coffee when I get up and not have to run down to the restaurant. »

« Upon checking in at the front desk it was good.but by the time we get to our room ,we had trouble getting in. The door handle was very loose and still couldn't get into our room. We had to back to front desk to let her know that we had a problem with the room jey and door handle.She suggested to pull in the door harder then tap the key to get in. « We had a wonderful stay at TownePlace Suites by Marriott Foley at OWA! Even though we only stayed one night, we were very impressed. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, the amenities were excellent, and the breakfast had a great variety of options. Our room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable for our family. The location is also fantastic, especially if you're planning to visit OWA. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it! »
