"Nice cozy location in Colorado Springs. Worth to mention: You share the hot tub with other guests. The sofa bed was good for our two kids (7,10y)."

"Loved Russell's little green cottage in Old Colorado City. We stayed 11 days while visiting the Springs area. Bed was super comfortable; nice soft large towels for bath; kitchen was well-stocked (except for cleaning supplies which he brought us). One window a/c unit in the kitchen + ceiling fans and electric fan were sufficient to keep cool during August heat. Would definitely stay again."
