Room Condition: The room is in serious need of renovation. The carpet is extremely dated, appearing to be from the 1990s, and the flooring was not properly cleaned. The minibar was not functioning. The air conditioning unit was extremely loud yet failed to cool the room adequately.
Housekeeping: The housekeeping team were polite, respectful, and friendly their service deserves recognition.
Overall: This hotel used to maintain a very high standard in the past. The room offers fair value for the price, yet with just a little more care and attention, the standard could once again be excellent. Urgent improvements are needed in front desk professionalism and room maintenance. Despite agreeing on an early departure with the management, the hotel has so far refused to refund any of the paid amount or offer any compensation for the experience.

I had coordinated for a transport from the airport but was told once I arrived that they could not accommodate us. We had to get a taxi that dropped us over half a mile from the hotel. My wife was not happy as we had to walk down a dark street with all of our luggage. The next day my daughter had come to visit and she was going to change in our room to go on a snorkeling trip. The front desk made a big deal about not allowing guests even though I offered to pay extra. The manager finally agreed to allow her to come to the room but made it clear that she couldn't eat or drink anything. I wouldn't stay here again as there are plenty of other options in the areal.

The hotel is a good bargin for the price you pay. Very hard for sea swimming so your stuck to the pool. Food and beverage is very poor. But again for the amount your paying you cant really complain. I ate all my dinners in outside local restaurant. If with family and on a budget then its ok.
