I was really looking forward to it because of the hype, but it didn’t live up to expectations. The room I received was not the same as what was shown in the description, and there were ants throughout the room. When I brought it up, I was told the hotel was fully booked and nothing could be done. Room service also never showed up after I was told they would, and the food overall was just okay. The hotel itself could definitely use better cleanliness and attention to detail. My room was also a bit of a walk with multiple stone stairs, which made it difficult, especially when leaving. I asked the front desk for help with my bags for departure, and no one came, with no follow-up or apology. The only highlight of my stay was the view, which was beautiful. Unfortunately, everything else fell short."
