The staff was the friendliest, most professional staff out of all the hotels we stayed in El Salvador. Definitely worth the drive up. Room and hotel area 5 out of 5\. The only con was some guests stayed up late in the jacuzzi, they were pretty loud late into the night. It wasn't far from the city (about 20-30mins drive). You don’t have to worry about parking, as they have a safe and secure lot with plenty of space for you to park your vehicle with ease. The views were stunning!! Pictures do not make this place any justice. Also, the elevation made our stay a whole lot more fresh during the day. However, since you’re up higher it gets colder and much more windy at night, so maybe pack a hoodie if you’re planning to hang out on the property at night. The staff was super attentive to our needs and they communicated on the daily to see if we needed anything. I had booked two rooms, and they both were taken care of on the daily. The staff was super friendly and easy to reach. The food at the restaurant was also very delicious. The restaurant had a wide variety of options to choose from, and it also has a nice view to the lake.
