It had my top 3 things I was looking for. Air-conditioning, wifi and washer. I will say wifi connection was not stable on the second floor and the washer would leak water from the door but its something that can be fix. Keep in mind it is in a gated community so anytime someone was coming or going you have to call/message the hostess so she can notify the securities. The pool and garden is beautiful and very private with an amazing variety of birds landing in the garden, from hummingbirds to toucans. The kitchen had everything we needed as well. Excellent communication from the host; there was an initial mixup with our dates and everything was settled quickly and efficiently.
