In the rooms, they only made the bed, put water and soft drinks in the fridge, and changed the towels. They didn't clean up, but the food was delicious and the service was perfect.

Very Disappointing Experience
Definitely Not a Resort
Our stay was extremely disappointing, and unfortunately, I cannot recommend this property.
The breakfast was horrible. The bottled drinks were already opened/unsealed and appeared to have been refilled. The food was cold and the overall quality was unacceptable.
The property is advertised as a resort, but our experience was very different. It felt more like individual apartments owned by different people and rented out to guests, rather than a properly managed resort.
We stayed in apartment 221, and the condition was honestly shocking. There was an incredible amount of dirt and grime, unlike anything I have encountered in a hotel or resort. The apartment had a strong, unpleasant smell of humidity and an old, musty odor that made the stay very uncomfortable.
We also had no water on two separate occasions during our very short stay. To make matters worse, the blanket provided for sleeping was covered in dust.

The only negative thing I have to say is when we first checked in the room was hot and the fan was very loud and wobbled. We did end up getting a different room because the AC was not working. The staff was super helpful and friendly!! The food was great! The pools were fabulous! We had a blast!!!! Beautiful property!!!

It’s a bait and switch the address is not where the location is and the rooms shown are not available. It’s still under construction and has regular black outs. Next to a cemetery. Do not stay here pictures not as shown. AGAIN DO NOT STAY HERE BAIT AND SWITCH NOT AS ADVERTISE. And Expedia nor the hotel will compensate.

Food was delicious,staff was very friendly and helpful,every night were diffrent performances for kids and adults like white party,retro show etc.
The hotel need renovation and a refresh; there was no ventilation in the bathroom, there was mold in some places, and the bathtub was worn and scratched.
