The apartment was perfect for the price. There is only one AC unit in the apartment but does have fans in the bedrooms. Staff was nice and attentive. Location is great and easy to get to Provenza, close to multiple Pharmacy's.

We loved our stay! But be aware that there is no AC. There is only a fan. Plan accordingly. We loved the free continental breakfast, it was good. Also, stunning view from our bedroom window and access to the pool and jacuzzi. 9/10. The only reason I dont give it a 10/10 is because of the lack of AC in the rooms.
You have to take a Tuk Tuk to get to the downtown Guatape area, or the Bus Terminal. There are no ubers. But the Tuk Tuks are affordable and reliable. There are not many restaurants in the area, other than the one at the hotel.
