It was clean, prepared, equipment present as expected and all items worked nicely without hiccups.
Not having a microwave was a problem for me. The freezing pool was useless even though the temp outside was 90s for a week. I made a misstake with air travel dates and even though I asked for a correction within the hour,,,, they would not change the reservation. I paid for two days while staying one day. I would not go back.

This hotel is gorgeous and located on the main strip, Gran Via, and is close to everything. The City points of interest are easily accessible from this central location. It's beautifully decorated. The hotel is stylish, modern and boho. The view is amazing from the balcony. The staff are really helpful. The spa is delightful and the steam room, sauna, and plunge pool is included with the stay.

We stayed here for 7 nights. Surprisingly it was very quit at night being next to a pub in a busy neighbourhood. We loved our accommodations, very spacious and Clean, friendly stay who where very helpful. Heating and cooling was great, we were able to control the temperature. We would highly recommend and will stay next time we visit Madrid.
