El Cedro Vacation Packages

It was okay. Too far from punta cana airport.

Upon arriving at the hotel, we were pleasantly surprised by the excellent condition of our room. It was spotlessly clean and incredibly comfortable. After exploring the property and heading to the beach, we returned to find our bed meticulously arranged in a beautiful design, ready for us to get ready for bed. The small attention to detail was a lovely touch. The staff at the hotel was incredibly kind and helpful. Leudy, the front desk attendant, was particularly helpful during the check-in and check-out process. We can’t wait to return to this wonderful hotel!

Make sure to ask for the Butler, Wolgang. He took care of every need we had. We cant wait to.come back. Food, drinks, service aren10/10

Overall very nice and relaxing perfect first trip to DR. Only complaint was the room service, Aries really gave me a hard time and had an attitude for no reason at all. He kept telling me they only served coffee for room service and when i asked any questions he constantly put me on hold for minutes. I eventually got help from a lady im not sure her name. Also, the room had hair in the shower and jacuzzi, also surfaces werent properly wiped down.

Very kind , polite and helpful staff , perfect size resort for a family with small children . Staff were so friendly and kind to our children.
