"This is a perfect hotel, walking distance to the down (10min ish but quick 10min), the waterfront is 1min away. Rooms are big and spacious and clean. The bathroom was big and clean. Highly recommend staying here. Breakfast is included and they have sweets, assortments of bread, scrambled eggs, bacon, ham, fruits, and el calafate jam (so you don't have to buy you're own to try!) The staff can answer any of your questions and provide details on tours. We stayed here for 3 nights and have no complaints. "

"Loved the historical features in the hotel and room whilst it still felt modern and updated. Staff were friendly and helpful and the on-site restaurant was great food and convenient - we were even able to take wine back to our room from there even though it's separately operated from the hotel. Room was spacious - though we requested one bed, we were allocated a twin room - not a big deal as the beds were still comfortable, it just wasn't acknowledged that the room preference could not be met. The accessibility of the power plugs in the room wasn't ideal - nothing by the beds or the desk. And a mini fridge in the room would have been helpful. Short taxi or a 15/20 min walk to restaurants in town depending on how far along the main street you go. "
