It's close to the bus terminal and a supermarket. Most importantly, the staffs/owners are very generous, friendly and helpful. They are willing to provide solutions to meet the needs for different tenants. There is a feeling of warmth and peacefulness in this cozy, family run hotel. Communication was excellent and service was attentive and personal. Thanks so much for the special homemade Celiac breakfast treats! The family room was perfect for three sisters travelling together. It was a nice room with comfortable furnitures， very clean. The breakfasts were very well served. Sandiego and his parents are kind, very helpful for all our needs. Maydel helped us tremendously to find stores, bus station, and taxi. The owners are very friendly kind and helpful. The house and the garden are very nice, only the rooms are small. But you have many space to sit outside your room with wonderful views over El Calafate and the lake. The property is beautiful, with quiet sitting places by large Windows with views of the lake and the mountains. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is very healthy and they would make fresh eggs if you want at no additional charge. You can give your laundary for a very reasonable cost. We are definitely coming back. It is located about 15 minute walk from main street.
