Search Chalets in El Calafate from CA $99

Fantastic rustic "cabin like" experience but with all the amenities you need. Very spacious, it is like having a full house to yourself. The owners are amazing, can't say enough good things about them. Wish we had more time.

Santiago and all the staff went above and beyond during our three night stay. The rooms and amenities are basic but the hotel is very clean and the daily breakfast was wonderful. We were served fresh fruit, eggs, pastries, juice, coffee and tea and yogurt. The hotel has a beautiful garden and is walking distance to the centre of town. When we have difficulty with an expedition we had organized, Santiago spent a lot of time with us, trying to assist us by phone, email and even went into town....

Very close to bus stop and 15 min walk to city centre. Hotel is almost new. Everything is perfect. Highly recommended!!

Very nice and informative host!

This is a perfect hotel, walking distance to the down (10min ish but quick 10min), the waterfront is 1min away. Rooms are big and spacious and clean. The bathroom was big and clean. Highly recommend staying here. Breakfast is included and they have sweets, assortments of bread, scrambled eggs, bacon, ham, fruits, and el calafate jam (so you don't have to buy you're own to try!) The staff can answer any of your questions and provide details on tours. We stayed here for 3 nights and have no...

My friend and I are in aHHHHH about this place , plan to return if ever in El Calafate ! All's perfect didn't want to leave ;(( the room the bed and the breakfast TOPS its the RITZ of hostels !

The team went above and beyond to make our birthday celebration special. The hotel was modern, clean and we enjoyed a gorgeous view of the mountains from the large bedroom window which we really enjoyed. Hotel breakfast was excellent and the hotel was in close walking proximity to the restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay!

Our room was clean and spacious. We liked having a mini fridge and ample space to store our luggage and we appreciated the 6am breakfast start, since we had an early morning tour. The hotel is about a 10 minute drive from the town centre. Recommended if you have your own transportation.

Great hotel with very attentive staff. Matthew our concierge was very helpful with our flight delay issue. He actively contacted the airport and was genuinely concerned and helpful. The hotel is just a bit outside of the main area which is really nice as it has a beautiful view of the lake.

The staff and owner of the hotel were very friendly and helpful. The hotel room was clean and well kept. Their daily breakfast was so good as well. I highly recommend it.

We loved our stay at Madre Tierra! Mariano, the owner is a hands on owner! Not only will he and his staff ensure you feel right at home and safe, he is also super knowledgeable about Calafate, and offers services to take you trekking, to the glaciers and many more adventures! Make sure to ask to reach out ahead of your stay to ask about these guided adventures. The hotel itself is also amazing! Very clean, spacious and the rooms are very comfortable. Make sure to book your stay with breakfast...
