Great location, amazing service, friendly staff.

Nice hotel with pool, good breakfast and perfect hotel location. All was fine apart from cleaning , it was terrible.

Everything was good except safe in the room and an elevator. Restaurant service was a little excessive.

Beautiful hotel! Proximity to the sea is fabulous. Mountain views. Within walking distance of good cafes and restaurants and for main attractions. You can see all of the “cool” buildings along this promenade. Friendly, warm and helpful staff. Gorgeous sunsets. Absolutely a luxury stay! A few things I would have liked to see improved though- This is a hotel inside of a residential building. You will get dropped off at the Hilton and it was quite confusing to locate the hotel. Reception is on the 14th floor of a building with a separate name. Free access to a gym would be great. Tv in my room was damaged and I couldn’t get the heat to turn on. Would stay again, minor inconveniences. Great stay overall.

Decision about of location in Batumi depends from the purpose of the trip . Location for business and leisure purposes are different. The hotel is fire from historic center but in good easy reachable place in the city. Swimming pool, SPA, walking distance to the sea are also the benefits.
