Absolutely stunning hotel. Staff was not very friendly, they acted inconvenienced when I asked a question. I can understand that in other places, but this is a hotel.. supposed to be for tourists.. so I just wished they were nicer to me.

Such nice people and experience for our first trip to Paris. Booked last minute and so glad I did! Had amazing pastries and drinks every day with a beautiful quaint aesthetic. Room was great and service was absolutely lovely!

We took the RER from CDG into the city to see the Eiffel Tower and it was easy to navigate. After we saw the city on foot we took the RER to Disney and it was about 40min and one train. Super easy. Watch your belongings in the streets due to pickpockets but otherwise we felt safe.

Watch out for agressive street peddlers. They depreciate the beauty of the site. It looks more like an african flea market than an iconic site in Paris.

I love the eiffel tower - it has always been a dream to see - and 5 years ago - it was dreamy. A lot has changed overtime. It is still beautiful to me but its not the same. You cannot walk underneath anymore - that has been gated and fenced so only if you're waiting in line to go up - you will be directly under the tower. And the park in front, also fenced - and ridiculously busy but the guys selling wine and souvenirs - they are awesome! If you go here, be kind and take it in.

Around the outside of the tower, illegal merchants are everywhere and the police do nothing about it. The inside of the tower was good but the washrooms were awful.

Book in advance. If it seems expensive to go to the very top ... do it anyway, the view is amazing! We used an off-site group and met there and really enjoyed a 1 hour walk and tour up to the 2nd level. Knowledgeable friendly guide who spoke perfect English, also highly recommend utilizing this service.
