"Our room was kinda dirty. They do not have mattress protectors, which I find odd. The first interaction I had with the staff member was amazing. She was so nice, but on our last night there.Our card stopped working and the lady that we worked with had no explanation.She just fixed it didn't really seem friendly about it. Our room did smell like moisture like you could smell like water in it. So I was a little bit disappointed, and it looked like the bathroom had a little bit of mold but you do get what you paid for and it was one of the cheaper hotels available.The kids did love the pool, though. My brother-in-law had a different room. There and he said it was perfect. So maybe we just got unlucky."

"It’s a good location: quiet and safe. But when you walk in the doors, you’re immediately smelling moth balls. The elevator worked fine but needing repairs to the floor. The carpet in the halls needs replacing. The lock on my door decided it didn’t want to work half the time. One time I counted swiping my key 31 times before it worked. The beds weren’t uncomfortable so that was good. I didn’t wake up in time for breakfast so I’m not sure how that was."
