Our later arrival was not difficult and staff seem to know we would want locations of restaurants. She even told us of ones that would close so not to delay. Thank you We had a room for handicap person and lots of room to maneuver a wheelchair if needed. lots of grab bars in bathroom etc...

I rented a drive up room because it was more convenient for me with my dogs. When I got there after my supper, someone was in my parking spot, I went to talk to the receptionist and she told me that I could park in front, that there was no way she could find who was parked there. It's the second time this happened but at least last time the receptionist found who was parked and made them move. I was so frustrated with her lack of willingness, she didn't care at all. So I had to park in front and walk all the way around the hotel with my 2 dogs and a bunch of bags because she was too busy on her phone to help me and find the person that didn't felt like following the rules. Next morning it ended up being someone on the second floor, why wasn't there any explanation on where to park when they checked in.
