Bed was terrible, pillows were terrible. We called the front desk after 11 due to alot of noise in the hallway. Noise was quite for about 15min, but then continued until 2-3am and kept waking us up. Breakfast was better than expected

All was good! I was a little surprised that the window did not have a proper closure. All that was on the window was a shear curtain and nothing to block the view from the apartments across the way

Only problem I had was the pool was not working and this was a factor in deciding on the hotel. Staff were very understanding when we chose to move hotels. Prior notice that the pool was out of commission or a discount offer for not able to provide as advertised would have been appreciated.

The best Best Western
Wow! This hotel was absolutely lovely to stay at! Clean, comfortable, friendly and helpful staff, a warm pool, and a hot buffet breakfast. Our family of six enjoyed our stay and can hardly wait to have a reason to stay there again!
