one night, check in staff and bar/restaurant staff were pleasant. the food was not pleasant. we had the 2 available pizzas. thick crust, and the tomatoe sauce closely resembled ketchup in taste. Sweet not savory, the facilitys had no dried chilis or chili oil to kick it up a notch, but korean BBQ sauce was everywhere. room was large, nice sitting space, very soft mattress 🙁 our room had dirty (appeared to be blood, photo available) pillowcase, which we took down and staff apologized and provided clean case. the carpet also appeared to have a blood stain. luggage racks in the room would have helpful, and space was certainly avsilable. staff at check out were very helpful re shuttle.

Staff were amazing but our room was dirty and tired. There was water damage and other damage to the couch, carpet and other furniture in the room.

Clean room, comfortable bed, nice bathroom. Good shuttle service from airport to hotel. There was a charge of £2.50 for the shuttle, which was ridiculous since the ride was 5 minutes and the hotel was very expensive to begin with, with no extra amenities.

Hotel adequate for what it was needed. Rooms great but very poor food service, microwave menu. When I pay premium rate for convenient hotel, seems cheap to pay for airport shuttle. Overall, got what I needed.

If you are looking for a simple bed next to the airport than this is fine but don’t expect good food, or menu selection. There is no choice at the overpriced restaurant on site and no restaurants nearby. Continental breakfast between 4-6am was below standard with little or no choice. Can’t say if the hot breakfast is any better as we left before 6. Front staff was good except this morning as we were leaving. Grumpy old man didn’t let us know to wait for the shuttle outside. Basically said “well you have to flag him he won’t stop as the shuttle pulled away. Shuttle doesn’t even go all the way to the airport even though there is a charge for you to use it. Let’s you off at a parking lot and you walk the rest of the way with your luggage. No laundry available even though site says there is. Not what you expect from Holiday Inn. We won’t be staying here again.

Lovely staff, checked us in early, extremely helpful for directions and information. Nice breakfast area and well stocked buffet. Beds were very comfortable and bathroom updated with a great shower.

The place was great to stay before an early flight. It is clean inside and the cafe is great. The outside looks a little sad, but inside is great. The bed was comfortable and the shower had great water pressure and temperature.

The staff are amazing, however the airport shuttle is not free. The TVs require an outdated app to cast shows, which doesn't work. There isn't a screen on the window. Also, there aren't any usb plugs anywhere. IMO, the cost per night is far too expensive when comparing to similiar hotels in the area.
