Had specially booked a 2 bdr suite on Expedia. Call from lication next day stating no 2 bdrs available but confirmed a room with a pull out sofa. Arrived late at night and there was no pull out. Called available numbers right away, i was told i would be contacted by management to rectify and was never contacted at all during the week. Room needs 1 extra roll toilet paper, 1-2 more garbage bags, and a spatula.

Room was very clean, good amenities in the bathroom, quiet hallways, not bad breakfast. Could use a little music in the breakfast room we thought. Very friendly front desk staff. Good location for one night stay or couple nights, lots of shopping and restaurants in the immediate area.

The staff are extremely accommodating and friendly. The room was comfortable and the included breakfast very good. Unfortunately there was an event the evening before our checkout that left outside the banquet rooms quite unsanitary with spilled food and beverages as well the bathrooms should have been attended to prior to quests checking out the next day as they were beyond …..

Desk clerk may be too officious. When an old guy like me arrives to checkin his biggest need is a trip to the bathroom. Long drawn check-ins are not good.

Security to the office kind of weird, a small drive through office window where you do your reservations. The air conditioner a poor way settings. No continuous air flow.
