"Hotel not as described, the pool is and has been closed for months despite being advertised on the website (and hotels.com website) as being available, not the case.
Ruined the stay. Hotel only willing to offer 10% refund which was rightly declined. Offer upped to include dinner, also declined.
Hotels.com were worse than useless and their rep couldn't even work out 10% of the total, failed as basic maths and under refunded despite me refusing the refund anyway.
