I read the negative reviews before choosing this hotel - which I’m glad I didn’t take any further notice on. I stayed at 4 different hotels during the last 20 days, and this was on the edge of a 3-4\* star. Rooms need renovation. Some pictures attached. Service mediocre, one poor guy for all pool area all days, no beeping solution to order etc. Not fresh bread at breakfast at all days, wifi at room sometimes not working. Espresso at breakfast came from a machine (undrinkable) I can go on with more details, but as a summary, do not book if you really want a 5\* experience. Some area of the resort seemed to be quite empty, or desserted, never reached the pavilion area. Spa was under renovation and in general this resort was not a good experience for us.
