"The hotel let us check in early and the rooms were big with a very nice size shower. Beds were clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and answered our questions without hesitation. Kuerig coffee maker with pods and half and half provided in our room. Had a refrigerator and safe in the room. We really enjoyed the hotel! Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the Anacortes area."

"Charming b & b. Very nice staff. Good amenities. While I didn’t partake in breakfast, rumor has it , it’s delicious. Pretty property. Vintage beautiful house. I’d highly recommend to both couples and solo travelers. Location is very close to the quaint town of Eastsound and Moran State Park"

"It was such a cute place. My husband and I enjoyed our stay there. It is tucked in the woods as the name suggests. The breakfast was very good. We had gluten free lemon blueberry pancakes and they were delicious."

"What a wonderfully private place....as long as the house next door stays unoccupied though even if occupied, there's plenty of privacy. I didn't stay in the tower bedroom, didn't want to negotiate the curved staircase, but the other bedroom in the separate building was very comfortable. Having to go outside to get to the bathroom was actually kind of fun, though I was lucky to have mild temps. I do wish there was a proper shower added to the tub room but I managed alright being careful. It was a bit ironic to have signs to be "water-wise" and then have a deep tub. However, whatever complaints I might have are more than countered by how special the whole place is!"
