Quiet and only 5 min to town. Beds were comfy. There was no coffee, lotion or a blow dryer anywhere in the house. Not a big deal but just for awareness for others. The blow dryer was the biggest inconvenience. My only real complaint is that customer service was terrible. I emailed over a week before our stay to ask about extra dogs, received a reply stating it was an extra 150 for the weekend for one dog. The harbor bar and grill across the bay, at the marina was very good to eat at for dinner and super convenient. Ignore the bad reviews online ... they are obsolete.
