We had a fantastic stay at Parco San Marco and would definitely recommend it. The food was great and the service from the staff was warm, attentive, and professional. One of the highlights of our stay was the adults-only pool, which was peaceful, quiet, and the perfect place to relax. Our only criticism is that transportation can be challenging. The resort does not offer a shuttle service, and finding taxis or other transportation options was more difficult than expected. If you plan to explore the surrounding area, renting a car is probably your best option. Overall, the beautiful property, exceptional food, and outstanding service made for a wonderful stay. We would absolutely return.

The breakfast was pretty good and was included in our room rate, but the scrambled eggs were powdered eggs (they were terrible) and if you want fresh cracked eggs you paid 8-12 euros. We stayed in the presidential suite. It was very nice and large room and had a nice view of the Duomo. The outdoor balcony was very large too. Unfortunately, the lobby chairs and sofas need to be updated. They smelled bad and had stains on them. Otherwise, you are about a 10 minute walk from the galleria shopping area. Nice hotel and once they update the lobby furniture, it will be much better.

Our experience can only be translated in one multilingual word WOW This have been my 3 rd visit to Venezia myself and i have not experienced this type of service , quality and wow factor . The establishment , its history and location was only the beginning of our Wow factor. I can honestly say the entire staff brought it to a level that i never saw before and can only dream to receive in the future again . Rooms were nice except old small tv, there were no bathrobes, pool was additional 20€ per person…. Parking 35€ and 10 € tax per person. Staff was nice!
