"The staff was very attentive and kind upon arrival. The hotel was a perfect location, right in Times Square, and there were a lot of things to do and places around to eat and enjoy. We had a room facing Times Square so the view was nice and we got to experience the lights and sounds of NYC right from our room. Rooms were clean and spacious for the 4 of us. The restaurant was nice as well and had a good amount of food and drinks. I would stay here again. "

Sometimes they didnt leave the full set of towels in the barhroom. When I cslled to the reception the personal was rude. "
