"Unfortunately, the train noise throughout the night was extremely loud, and it made it very difficult to sleep. It would be helpful if the hotel could inform guests in advance about the nearby train noise."

"This was such a pleasant stay ! Very cute and polite receptionist! Everything was clean, neat and organized. I've seen some moronic comments complaining about not having a "do not disturb " sign (and I didn't had that, either, but that's not a reason to complain and rate it lower) or that the TV didn't streamed, only had cable (I guess they added that bc I was able to watch Netflix). Don't expect things as if you're paying 300$/night, be reasonable! Pretty sure it's my new favorite stay in Flagstaff and will stay there every time I'll be in town. I love the little gym, hot tub and sauna (which didn't work at the time because of some repairings - and that's OK!). "
