"The property was great , the staff was great however my stay was not pleasant due to beach vendors harassing tourist at all times I couldn’t go swim in ocean because they wouldn’t leave me alone, and even after I told them I was not interested in anything from them they proceeded to disrespect me and say rude things. There was an interesting class each dayWe had a different massage each day (pricing is treat). We went snorkeling nearby, great trip. Zanzibar is a very poor island, but the people are extremely happy and there is very low crime. Do stone town on the day you are leaving to avoid the round trip. We had personal guided tour of spice market which was great. Ask for Abbas. So glad we stayed at Baraza!"
