"It was very difficult to find a location for this accommodation before arriving. The only internet location we had been able to find, was incorrect. We had to phone the number provided then pay someone to lead us there. The sitting area was nice and there was plenty of ventilation. In a mosquito area, there were no flyscreens on the windows which meant windows had to be kept closed and the room was very stuffy and hot. There was no ceiling fan or air conditioning. "We booked The Four Seasons for our honey moon and we loved it so much we are already planning our next stay! The views and pool area overlooking the Serengeti was a dream come true and the staff and service was a 10/10 ! A few individuals staff stood out by name I’d like to shout out for their amazing, friendly and knowledgeable service. Annie our transport safari guide one of only a few females was amazing we saw every animal on our list she would contact every other driver to find us the animal we wanted to see. She’s the best. In the hotel restaurant Marwa what a smile and fast and friendly service and hotel staff Anne ( twiga nickname) and Mr Nice. Thank you guys for making our honeymoon amazing ! Also our favorite food dish the mushroom risotto and lasagne 10/10"

"We only stayed one night, but really enjoyed it and wish we had more nights here. It recently opened so the areas are in good condition and nice lounge areas with amazing view. The beds were comfortable. We only got to try the «buffet» for lunch which was quite nice. Not that many guests for now which I liked."

"Out of all the Riu hotels this was our favorite. Amazing location and views from the room. The staff was really friendly and helpful. Only the bed was a bit firm for my taste, but the staff got us an extra mattress which made it better. They are really serviceminded. Would love to return some time!"

"The Mora is set in beautifully manicured gardens a few yards from a lovely white sandy beach. Our room was nice and quiet, always clean and well looked after. We tended to use the pool area mostly during the day - which was lovely and comfortable with a great drinks service. Food was good and varied throughout our stay - visit the Jikan for a premium sushi experience - excellent. The most impressive thing for us was the Staff who were always so polite and happy and helpful every single day - they all made us feel very welcome. "

"The property itself is very nice and well kept. The staff were also great! The pool is nice but a little deep at 1.4m but I’m just short. They do need to do a better job of food safety and covering food from flies. If I didn’t make it right at buffet opening, everything was covered in bugs! Also it wasn’t clear enough that this was a no alcohol resort when booking (I don’t drink that much anyways) and I understand it’s Ramadan but other resorts still had activities and entertainment, this one was SILENT. "
