PROPERTY OVERVIEW
Located in the majestic Ocean Point Colony, this two-story 4BR/2BA home boasts incredible ocean views. Detailed with original patina pumpkin pine and natural hardwood floors, this inviting home affords plenty of entertaining space with two living areas.
Spend leisurely afternoons perusing the well-stocked libraries throughout the home, or simply unwind in the sunroom amid the breathtaking vistas. For sun-soaked days on the lawn, you’ll find both a barbecue grill and outdoor dining.
A quick 4 miles away from the charming village of East Boothbay, this coastal cottage is near classic attractions like Carriage House Restaurant and Lobsterman’s Wharf.
If traveling with a larger group, consider renting the home next door for additional space.
LIVING AREAS
Serving as the social hub of the home, the main living area features huge bay windows, three couches, and a 42” TV with a DVD player.
A den offers even more living space with ample seating and wall-to-wall shelves stocked with books.
For sweeping ocean views, relax in the large sunroom, furnished with a built-in daybed, a sectional sofa, and a bistro table for two.
KITCHEN & DINING
The spacious kitchen features plenty of counter space, two sinks, and a full suite of appliances. A Keurig machine, coffee maker, and coffee grinder provide all the essentials you’ll need to fuel up for a fun day by the sea.
Serve up tasty meals at the four-person breakfast table, or gather around the dining table that can seat up to eight.
BEDROOMS & BATHS
This two-story home sleeps up to nine guests in the four bedrooms -- all located upstairs.
In the master bedroom, you’ll find a queen bed, a twin bed, a 32” TV, and amazing ocean views. This room also offers direct access to the second bedroom with two twin beds.
Two more bedrooms on the second floor each offer queen beds, while a guest bathroom is configured with a tub/shower combination.
Downstairs, another bathroom has a walk-in shower.
OUTDOOR AREAS
As evening falls, make your way outside to fire up the propane grill. When dinner ’s ready, enjoy dining al fresco on the lawn.
EXTRA AMENITIES
This pet-friendly home includes complimentary Wi-Fi, cable TV, a washer/dryer, and parking for up to three cars in the driveway.
THE LOCATION
Stock up on beach snacks or order a delicious sandwich at East Boothbay General Store. For fresh seafood and an outdoor waterfront deck, head to Lobsterman's Wharf. Both are within 4 miles from home.
For local farm-to-table fare, visit the Carriage House Restaurant (3 miles), or head to historic Ocean Point Inn for breakfast and dinner served up daily (a half-mile away).
A quick 7 miles will take you to downtown Boothbay Harbor where you can spend the day shopping, sailing, or whale watching.
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
